Mini potatoes seasoned with duck fat & thyme.  Golden and crispy after 30 minutes in the oven at 425F.  
 
For best results lay potatoes cut side down on parchment paper on a tray.  Toss after 20 minutes.  Cook 10 more.  Season with salt and pepper if desired.
